Job summary

Brackenberry Limited, in partnership with a Local Authority in Rugby, is seeking a Business Intelligence and Performance Officer on a 3-month contract to deliver BI, performance management, data analysis and reporting services across Communities & Homes.

You'll support managers and senior leaders with accurate information for operational, financial and strategic decision-making, developing dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and producing regular performance reports for leaders and regulators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance monitoring, business intelligence, reporting or data analytics.
• Experience interpreting and analysing complex datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Experience developing business intelligence reports, dashboards and management information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modelling and reporting.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards and management information using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
• Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports for managers, senior leadership teams, elected members and external regulators.
• Analyse operational, performance and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Present complex data and insights in an accessible format to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Coordinate and produce statutory and regulatory performance returns, including Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), housing compliance reporting and other sector performance requirements.
