Job summary

Carrington West is assisting a Warwickshire Local Authority to recruit a Business Intelligence and Performance Officer within the Communities & Homes team. You will turn data into insights to drive service improvement for residents using Power BI, Excel and automated reporting.

You will develop dashboards, perform performance analysis, support regulatory reporting (TSMs and housing compliance), ensure data quality and work with teams to maximise value from Civica CX, Tech Forge and other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence, performance management or data analysis.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, reporting and data visualisation.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to support managers, senior leaders and elected members.
• Provide high-quality BI, performance analysis and reporting across housing, assets, repairs, compliance and tenant services.
• Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives, and collaborate across teams to maximise data value.
