Job summary

FatFace in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data quality and performance.

You will focus on scalable BI solutions to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency across the business, while aligning with FatFace values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with BI reporting tools, especially Power BI.
• Ability to train non-technical users in Power BI.
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Interest in analytics, data architecture and modelling.
• Experience with enterprise software, Azure Cloud apps, databases and data models.
• Understanding of BI services and data integration processes (ETL).

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerBI dashboards to provide business insights.
• Maintain PowerBI apps and security access.
• Optimize existing PowerBI semantic models for data quality and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures for business metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Train non-technical users on how to use PowerBI.
• Support ETL, data structures and BI architectures.
• Troubleshoot data reporting issues.
• Develop and update technical documentation.
• Abide by FatFace policies and brand values.
