Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a BI Developer to lead the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards. You will own the Azure SQL Server environment, manage integrations and APIs, and troubleshoot complex data flows across multiple systems.

The role requires shaping data architecture to provide trusted insights for senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with finance, operations, and HR, translating business needs into scalable BI solutions within a fast-paced data

Qualifications

Strong experience building dashboards with Power BI.
Advanced SQL development in Azure SQL Server.
Experience managing existing database environments.
Knowledge of data integration, APIs and data flows.
End-to-end BI delivery from backend to visualization.
Azure cloud knowledge; AWS/GCP a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with senior stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and recommend BI solutions.
Take ownership of the existing Azure SQL Server environment, including databases, integrations, and API connections.
Troubleshoot data quality, connectivity, and integration issues across multiple business systems.
Support the development and enhancement of data warehouse architecture, data pipelines, and transformation layers.
Design and deliver intuitive Power BI dashboards for commercial, finance, operational, and HR stakeholders.
Translate complex business data into actionable insights and reporting outputs that support decision-making.
