Job summary

Osborne Appointments seeks an experienced Business Reporting Analyst to lead BI reporting across the organisation from its St Ives office. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, partner with Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance and IT, and drive reporting consistency and data-led decision making.

Key duties include developing Power BI dashboards, analysing data from AS400, SAP, Manhattan and other systems, and delivering operational and financial insights to support performance

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development experience required.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Proven ability to present insights to management-level stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience building operational and financial dashboards.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse data from systems such as AS400, SAP, Fabric, Manhattan WMS and financial systems.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and enhance reporting metrics across warehouse ops, inventory, transport and costs.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Own data validation, modelling and governance for reporting.
• Drive automation of reporting processes and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT.
• Deliver BI solutions that support operational improvements and strategic objectives.
