Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data models that drive performance management and contractual reporting. You will transform diverse datasets into clear, reliable outputs and enhance the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) for process automation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Power BI development and reporting.
Strong skills in DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
Portfolio of dashboards or automation projects is advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards.
Build and enhance Power BI data models, measures and calculations using DAX, Power Query.
Transform complex, incomplete and inconsistent datasets into reliable reporting outputs.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions.
Create outputs that support operational management, KPI monitoring and senior leadership decisions.
Use Power Automate to streamline data feeds and processes.
Support Power Apps and SharePoint solutions to improve data capture and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and governance.
Produce clear reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure reporting solutions are well-governed and documented.
