Impact Recruitment Group Ltd. is assisting a global music company to fill a temporary Postroom Assistant role in West London. The position is 5 days in the office with immediate start and focuses on core postroom operations.

You will receive, sort and distribute mail, manage outgoing items, keep accurate logs and follow security procedures. Prior corporate mailroom experience is preferred, and you should be reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Formación

• Experience in a corporate postroom or mailroom.
• Experience in a corporate office environment.
• Good understanding of mail handling and parcel processes.
• Accurate recordskeeping and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, sort and distribute mail and parcels across the office.
• Manage outgoing mail and arrange courier collections.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all items received and dispatched.
• Follow security and handling procedures for all post and deliveries.
• Support the Postroom Services team during busy periods or staff absence.
