University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrator to join the Postgraduate Medical Education team. The role will be based primarily at the Queen’s Hospital Education Centre, with occasional cross-site work at the Royal Derby Hospital Medical Education Centre.

The Administrator will provide support to the Senior Postgraduate Administrators and the Postgraduate & GP Operational Manager, helping to plan and deliver postgraduate medical education activities

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support to postgraduate medical education activities.
• Coordinate and assist with teaching and meeting events.
• Assist in managing study leave processes and related documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Postgraduate Administrators and the Postgraduate & GP Operational Manager.
• Support the setup and running of medical education teaching rooms and Education Centre.
• Engage in cross-site coordination and on-site activities at Queen’s Hospital Education Centre.
