The role is predominantly based at the Queen's Hospital Education Centre, with cross-site involvement across the Royal Derby Hospital Medical Education Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in healthcare or education settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Postgraduate Administrators and the Postgraduate & GP Operational Manager.
• Administer and coordinate postgraduate medical education activities, including study leave processes.
• Set up and support teaching rooms, meetings and committee minutes to ensure events run smoothly.
• Plan and implement postgraduate medical training courses in collaboration with Royal College and NHSE curricula.
• Support cross-site delivery of Foundation, Specialty and General Practice education and training.
