Job summary

Natixis NY Branch in London is seeking an experienced post-trade professional to manage post-trade events and client relationships across Fixed Income, Treasury and Islamic Finance products. You will own transaction events, coordinate with Front Office desks, and ensure timely, high-quality service for both internal and external clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of trade lifecycles, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate across global teams and brokers.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of post-trade processes and trade lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships internally & externally.
• Strong communication with front office desks, traders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong, reactive performance culture within the Clients Support group.
• Collaborate with London Front Office desks to ensure service quality.
• Ensure best-in-class post-trade service for Natixis Front Office, traders and external clients.
• Communicate efficiently with transversal departments for downstream transaction chains.
• Support onboarding of new transactions and development of new Islamic Finance/Fixed Income workflows.
• Reinforce internal controls and reconciliations to reduce operational risk and protect client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the full trade lifecycle and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Analyze reports and resolve outstanding issues to prevent recurrences.
• Foster relationships with Natixis external brokers and cover London Sales Capital Market transactions and Dubai Islamic Finance deals.
