Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin assistant to join our post production team, working across the Haleon client.

Through the role, you will get to support the producers across a variety of tasks including:

  • Paperwork and admin tasks related to post production.
  • Checking final assets and collating agency and client feedback.
  • Scheduling resource
  • Attending meetings and being involved in note taking.
  • Attending post production sessions and ensuring the relevant feedback is actioned.
  • Raising PO's
  • Liaising with and scheduling meetings with different stakeholders within projects.
  • Assisting the day to day running of projects and updating relevant trackers through this.

Qualifications

  • A keen eye for detail and understand the need for cross checking when working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel.
  • A desire to expand your knowledge to work with additional platforms like Frame.io and Azure.
  • Proactive, hard working and not afraid to take on multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks.
  • Strong administrative skills or experience within an admin role.
