Job summary

Incommunities seeks an Aftercare Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer care for new build homes. You will manage post-occupancy support, coordinate repairs and inspections, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.

Based in Bradford, you will work 2–3 days in the office and build strong relationships with contractors and customers while ensuring targets & standards are met and NHBC warranties are applied correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer care role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for post-occupancy customers and guide them through Aftercare.
• Attend contractor meetings and monitor progress on issues.
• Visit customers to assess issues and coordinate investigations.
• Maintain records and generate weekly progress reports.
• Ensure customers understand Aftercare procedures and NHBC warranties.
