Job summary

Dwelly, a fast-growing proptech company in the UK, seeks a proactive Property Manager to lead daily operations for a residential portfolio in London. You will work with tenants, contractors and owners to maintain homes to the highest standards.

In this role you will use the Dwelly CRM, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate across agency teams. A detailed, customer-focused approach and ability to adapt to change are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Optional: Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge.
• Comfortable with technology adoption and new tools.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change.
• High resilience and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.
• Adopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform for portfolio management.
• Maintain high service levels across maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections.
• Negotiate with landlord and tenant regarding deposit deductions and referrals to TDS.
• Resolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with UK safety legislation and housing standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
