Dwelly is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive both acquisitions and fundraising. You’ll own analytical workstreams end-to-end, assess strategic fit, and craft investment cases while supporting multiple deals in a fast-moving roll-up.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to test value, quantify risks, and present concise recommendations to accelerate growth. This role offers ownership, a steep learning curve, and a front-row seat to building one of the UK’s most ambitious proptech

Responsibilities

• Power the acquisition engine with end-to-end analytical workstream from initial assessment through diligence and approval.
• Build the investment case by consolidating financial analysis, diligence findings and commercial context; support fundraising and investor meetings.
