Certitude is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Specialist Support Team. You will design, implement and embed PBS approaches, deliver person-centred assessments and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
The role is hybrid with Head Office in Balham or Ealing, offering a salary of £37,133 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, and a range of benefits including 25 days' leave, pension, DBS, eye care, and salary sacrifice
