• Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviours in education, care or support settings.
• Able to build calm, positive relationships and set clear boundaries.
• Resilient, patient and able to stay composed in difficult moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural needs.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a role model.
• Follow individual support and behaviour plans in collaboration with staff.
• Promote safe, inclusive learning environments and safeguarding procedures.
