GSL Education is looking for a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a school in Boston. This role would suit someone who has experience working with pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support and who can remain calm and consistent in challenging situations.
You will work alongside teaching staff and the wider pastoral team to help pupils develop positive behaviours, improve their engagement with learning and build stronger relationships within the school environment.
Please keep in mind that this role requires strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
