Job summary

The LTA in London is seeking a POS Workforce Compliance Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to manage compliance, RTW checks, IR35 and DBS checks for Provision of Service contractors.

You will work with the Recruitment and Onboarding team, covering October 2026 to March 2027, using the Trust ID platform and assisting with moving compliance to a dedicated HR platform with discovery sessions and UAT. Applicants must have UK RTW rights to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with contractor compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail, fast-paced, tech-savvy and autonomous.
• Experience with Right-To-Work (RTW) checks and DBS checks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RTW checks using the Trust ID platform.
• Support with IR35 assessments and DBS checks before engagement.
• Track contractor engagements and help migrate compliance to HR platform.
