Euro London is seeking a fluent Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing international team in Newport. In this permanent role, you will handle customer queries in Portuguese and English by phone and email, support the full lifecycle of claims, and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Hybrid working is available. The position offers a £27,000 base salary plus a performance bonus, 25 days’ holiday, pension, private medical insurance, and extensive training and
