Job summary
Southern Water seeks a Senior Manager Transformation Portfolio to lead governance, performance insight and benefits realisation across its transformation portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to support investment decisions, challenge delivery, and realise value from complex change programs.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in portfolio governance, benefits realisation and investment management.
- Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple programmes and change initiatives.
- Proven ability to produce executive-level reporting, dashboards and insights.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio governance, reporting and performance management across transformation initiatives.
- Maintain transformation portfolio roadmap and support prioritisation and optimisation activities.
- Identify and manage portfolio risks, dependencies and opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality executive reporting, dashboards and portfolio insight.
- Assure business cases, benefits forecasts and value realisation across the portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted portfolio advisor.
- Lead and develop a small team while driving portfolio management best practice.
