• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation, operating model change or large-scale capital investment programmes.
• Strong leadership with matrix, virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed transformation programmes across Thames Water.
• Support AMP8 capital investment objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, capital delivery and commercial teams.
• Design and implement operating models to improve performance.
• Lead process improvement and system implementation projects.
• Be single point of contact for programme status and benefits realization.
• Build relationships with senior sponsors and leaders.
• Coordinate matrix and virtual teams to deliver outcomes.
• Manage risks and dependencies across the capital portfolio.
