Job summary

Thames Water in the UK is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead high-priority programmes within our Transformation Plan. You will drive cross-functional delivery, shape scope, and ensure programmes are justified and delivered to a high standard.

This role focuses on the SCADA Mapping programme, embedding major change, managing dependencies and keeping sponsors informed. Hybrid base in Reading/Home with travel to Reading and London offices as required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex programmes end-to-end.
• Experience leading matrix and virtual teams, or delivering individually.
• Demonstrable experience driving major transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong senior-level stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Ability to influence, challenge and engage at pace.
