Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across the business. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring benefits realisation and sustainable improvements while embedding new ways of working.

• Experience delivering projects, business change initiatives or transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong project management principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of transformation projects and workstreams, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and benefits are achieved.
• Analysing business processes, systems and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Supporting the development of business cases and tracking benefits realisation to maximise value from transformation activity.
• Managing project governance, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Working with business leaders and teams to support change adoption and embed sustainable improvements.
• Building strong relationships across operational, functional and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
• Championing continuous improvement, innovation and transformation best practice.
