The opportunity
Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact? The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is looking for a dynamic and innovative Portfolio & Planning Manager to join our People and Organisational Development (POD) Directorate. You will work closely with the Head of Organisational Change and collaborate with colleagues across POD and other directorates.
As the Portfolio & Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the POD portfolio of projects, ensuring that we are investing resources in the right initiatives to improve our performance and support the delivery of BHF's strategy to 2030.

About you
We are looking for a collaborative individual with strong portfolio management and planning skills. Excellent at communicating, you'll be able to build and manage strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business at all levels. You'll be comfortable asking probing questions and confident challenging decisions and influencing stakeholders, including at a senior level.

Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do.

Interview process
There will be a two-stage interview process. First stage interviews are due to be held w/c 27th May via MS Teams. Second stage interviews are due to be held w/c 2nd June in our London office.
