Position: Events and Groups Planning Manager

Join the Groups and Events team at The Londoner Hotel. This role involves leading event planning efforts, ensuring high standards of customer care, and maximizing revenue through effective management of events, client communication, and supplier relations. You will need to handle multiple tasks efficiently, perform under pressure, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.

About You

• Experience in event planning within a 4 or 5-star hotel or venue.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with hotel booking systems like Opera and Delphi.
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of the events market.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours as needed.
• A positive, reliable, and self-motivated team player with a passion for hospitality and events.
