Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Portfolio Planner to support operational delivery of the estate planning workstream. You will coordinate and manage estate planning projects across sites, handle space demand and data accuracy, and provide high-quality reporting to inform decision-making.

Travel across Trust sites is required, and you will report to the Head of Portfolio Planning, working with the Moves and Planning Coordinator to support BAU activities and service

Qualifications

• Degree in Business administration or significant experience in estates, facilities, or property coordination.
• Prince2, Lean, or project-management training or relevant experience.
• Membership of a facilities/property professional body

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage estate planning projects and service improvements across sites.
• Manage day-to-day space demand and maintain property/utilisation data.
• Provide high-quality reporting and engage with stakeholders to inform decisions.
