Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior Estates & Facilities lead to develop and implement property and asset management strategies that support our long-term objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, you will oversee estate investment programmes, drive efficient space use, and improve asset performance to maximise value for patients, staff and the wider organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of property and asset management strategies.
• Oversee estate investment programmes and space utilisation to maximise value.
• Drive data-driven planning, performance metrics and strategic governance.
• Present complex property strategy, investment, acquisition/disposal and space‑use proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Align estate plans with clinical priorities and organisational objectives.
