Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead estates and capital projects within a busy healthcare environment. Reporting to the Head of Property PMO, you will provide expert construction project advice, manage a portfolio of schemes from new builds to refurbishments, and support moves and business transformation.

The role requires substantial experience in project delivery, budget management, and development of business cases

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Recognised project management qualification or equal work experience.
• Management/leadership qualification or equivalent experience.
• Membership of a property, building, engineering, or related professional organisation.

Responsibilities

• Significant demonstrable project experience in building or construction management.
• Experience managing budgets, works costs and procurement in changing environments.
• Experience developing capital bids and business cases.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in regulated environments and live operations.
