Homes for Students Ltd is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead our national portfolio of student accommodation properties. You will oversee General Managers, drive KPI performance, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences across the country.

The role is home-based with nationwide travel to support your team and sites. We value strategic leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to health & safety, compliance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading multi-site teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of driving KPIs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards through planned visits, audits, coaching, and supportive meetings.
