Job summary

Homes for Students in Coventry is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead Red Queen’s student community. You’ll drive key operations across sales, maintenance and housekeeping while modelling our values and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.

From September you’ll oversee check-in, check-out and room turnaround, manage budgets, and address customer or operational issues. You’ll be backed by a supportive regional team and comprehensive benefits to support work-life balance.

• Experience leading teams in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills to inform decisions.
• Excellent organisation and coordination abilities.

Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, is currently seeking a General Manager for Red Queen in Coventry. This isn't your average 9-to-5 job; it's a chance to lead, inspire, and take charge of a thriving student community. Your weekly hours will be 40 per week, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

About the Role:

As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional student living experience. You'll work closely with your team to ensure top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding our core values and enabling your team to excel in their roles.

The pinnacle of excitement awaits in September, as you take the reins of the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround process. Your outstanding communication skills will shine as you support our new students and efficiently handle any customer or operational issues that arise.
