The role starts with responsibility for the September intake, including check-in, check-out and room turnaround, supported by a regional team to ensure smooth, student-focused services.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.

• Proficiency in IT (MS Office, general IT competence).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent student living experiences across sales, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Oversee check-in, check-out and room turnaround processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Support new students and handle customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the broader Homes for Students team and regional leadership to drive growth and service standards.

Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, is currently seeking a GeneralManager for Red Queenin Coventry.This isn't your average 9-to-5 job; it's a chance to lead, inspire, and take charge of a thriving student community. Your weekly hours will be40per week, workingMonday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional student living experience. You'll work closely with your team to ensure top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding our core values and enabling your team to excel in their roles.

The pinnacle of excitement awaits in September, as you take the reins of the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround process. Your outstanding communication skills will shine as you support our new students and efficiently handle any customer or operational issues that arise.
