Job summary

MS Amlin is seeking a highly organised Portfolio Delivery Manager to drive the execution of a diverse business and technology change portfolio. You will operate within the Change Delivery & Governance function, supporting PMs, product teams and delivery leads to keep initiatives on track.

In this hybrid London role, you will remove blockers, coordinate cross‑team activity and contribute to portfolio reporting. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a dynamic change environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Delivery, PMO or Change Delivery environments.
• Experience delivering governance and oversight aligned with business objectives.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic support to the Head of Delivery & Project Governance to execute initiatives and meet portfolio objectives.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Leads to drive progress.
• Supporting resolution of delivery issues, dependencies, risks and resource challenges.
• Acting as first point of contact for PMs needing guidance or escalation.
• Coordinating actions across business, technology and third‑party teams to maintain momentum.
• Following up on key deliverables, decisions and commitments to keep projects on track.
• Supporting demand assessments, estimates, planning and onboarding of new change initiatives.
• Preparing project updates, executive summaries and steering papers for portfolio reporting.
• Identifying delivery risks early and ensuring appropriate action.
• Supporting delivery reviews, health checks and continuous improvement activities.
• Working with PMO to maintain visibility of portfolio performance and priorities.
• Supporting Product Teams in embedding delivery practices and reporting requirements.
• Contributing to improvements in delivery processes, tools and ways of working.
