Job summary

L&Q is seeking a Portfolio Manager to provide analytical and operational support to the Planning and Portfolio Team, focusing on centralised resource management across a complex Transformation & Change portfolio. You will work with project teams, resource owners and delivery leads to collect and improve management information.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail for a developing portfolio resource management function.
• Experience in analyst, PMO, portfolio manager, project support, resource management, planning, transformation, change or technology delivery environments.
• Experience producing management information, dashboards, reports, trackers or data analysis to support decision-making.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to produce structured outputs for management audiences.
• Good Excel, reporting and data management skills across multiple inputs or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support centralised resource management processes across the Transformation and Change portfolio.
• Maintain, validate and improve resource data to provide visibility of capacity, allocation and utilisation.
• Produce and maintain dashboards, MI and reporting packs for utilisation, allocation, capacity and forecasting.
• Support regular resource reporting cycles, quality checks and leadership outputs; surface gaps and risks.
• Assist with dashboard development, PMO tooling and process improvement; maintain portfolio controls and templates.
