Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, evolution and delivery of the Core Trading Platforms value stream within the London Market. You will manage platform vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, coordinating with Product, Technology, Data, Operations and Change to maximise business value.

You will balance platform modernisation, resilience and enablement, ensuring secure, scalable capabilities that support multiple value streams and the trading ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Experience owning products, platforms, or value streams end-to-end.
• Ability to prioritise work using value, risk, data, and customer insight.
• Coaching and guidance skills for Product Owners and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment to business objectives and technology strategy.
• Own the end-to-end platform product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery through optimisation.
• Act as the accountable decision-maker for the Core Trading Platforms value stream, reporting progress to leadership.
• Own, maintain, and refine the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term outcomes.
• Prioritise initiatives using value, risk, data, customer insight, and platform adoption needs.
