Job summary

National Grid in Warwick is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join our Digital and IT portfolio. Hybrid working, you’ll connect regulatory commitments, investment and delivery, creating a clear view of performance to support governance and decision-making.

You’ll own the annual regulatory reporting cycle, develop a trusted data picture, and collaborate across teams to surface risks and optimise funding within the RIIO period.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio, finance or delivery analysis.
• Ability to reconcile complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience producing high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI to create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual regulatory reporting cycle for Digital and IT.
• Establish a quarterly internal reporting rhythm from the annual cycle.
• Provide insight to portfolio leadership and governance forums.
• Collaborate across a federated organisation to ensure data integrity.
• Support option and scenario analysis to inform prioritisation within fixed funding.
