Job summary

National Grid is recruiting an Asset Management Performance & Compliance Manager based in Warwick with hybrid working. You will lead the leadership team's performance rhythm, own the monthly performance pack, and support governance and strategic delivery at senior levels.

You will develop capability frameworks, align stakeholder interests and drive continuous improvement across finance, HR, and digital teams to enable proactive decision making in a complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience in performance management, governance and decision-making at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management leadership team's performance rhythm with timely discussions and actions.
• Own the monthly Asset Management Performance Pack with operational, financial, capability and risk insights.
• Support governance and strategic delivery for the Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain the department's capability framework and identify training needs.
• Build relationships across Finance, HR, Communications, Regulation, Digital and operations.
