Job summary

National Grid in Warwick is seeking a Regulatory Reporting specialist to lead RIIO-T3 performance reporting, coordinating across the business to deliver clear, evidence-based narratives and timely regulatory submissions.

You will work with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and senior leadership to understand performance drivers, risks and mitigations, enabling transparent explanations to the regulator and senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build effective partnerships within a matrixed org.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility and influence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience managing regulatory or commercial issues with financial acumen.
• Desirable: Understanding Transmission Licence requirements and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIIO-T3 performance reporting across the business with clear narratives.
• Monitor and report on Price Control Deliverable performance with justification.
• Interface with Ofgem and key stakeholders to coordinate reporting.
• Close out the previous control period with robust, evidence-based submissions.
• Provide regulatory guidance supporting compliance and continuous improvement.
