National Grid plc is seeking an experienced Asset Risk Manager to lead the Asset Risk Management team and shape the risk framework across the asset lifecycle. Based in Warwick with hybrid working, you will translate asset data into actionable risk insights to guide investment and operational decisions.

You will drive risk governance, manage risk registers, and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure safety, reliability and continuous improvement across our network.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in asset risk management or engineering risk in safety-critical environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear risk insights.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and governance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Asset Risk Management team with clear priorities.
• Own and improve the Asset Risk Management Framework.
• Oversee identification, assessment, quantification and prioritisation of risks.
• Maintain risk registers with controls, owners and mitigations.
• Provide challenge to risk owners on assessments and mitigation delivery.
• Analyse asset condition and data to produce risk insights for decisions.
• Report risk trends to senior stakeholders and support governance submissions.
