Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Portering Team across St James Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. You will report to the Facilities Operational Manager and oversee portering services, patient and goods movements, and adherence to Trust policies.

The role requires a strong track record of managing a large team in a healthcare setting, with good Microsoft systems knowledge.

• Experience managing large teams in healthcare environment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Portering services across St James Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary.
• Oversee Supervisors and Portering staff and ensure adherence to Trust polices and procedures.
• Deputise for the Facilities Operational Manager and drive day-to-day service delivery and improvements.
