South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Portering & Transport Supervisor to lead a busy portering and transport team at Kendray Hospital, with duties across Trust sites. You will oversee day-to-day operations and drive service improvements.

You will supervise drivers and porters, manage SLAs, develop staff, and ensure health and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential; role primarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of portering and transport services across the Trust.
• Supervise and motivate drivers and porters; monitor performance and resources.
• Manage Service Level Agreements and external contracts.
• Develop staff, perform appraisals and implement Personal Development Plans.
• Ensure health and safety, carry out risk assessments and manage budgets.
