Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Salcombe is seeking a friendly Concierge to support the reception team with guest arrivals, departures and our shuttle service. A can-do attitude, good communication and a willingness to carry luggage are essential.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests and driving our shuttle. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
