Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Concierge to support the reception team with guest arrivals and departures and to drive our shuttle. A friendly, outgoing attitude and a flexible approach are essential, with a passion for customer service excellence. Physical fitness is important for luggage handling.

Hotel experience is desirable but full training will be provided. We offer excellent progression opportunities, bespoke career pathways, competitive salary, on-the-job training, hotel stays and F&B

• Experience in hotel environment is desirable but training will be provided.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist reception with guest arrivals and departures.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests and driving our shuttle. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
