Job summary

Champneys in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a guest services role on a zero-hour contract. The position pays up to £12.71 per hour and focuses on delivering warm welcomes and the highest level of customer care.

Main duties include checking guests in, registering arrivals, guiding tours and explaining welcome packs, supporting the Reception team, and maintaining outstanding service while remaining polite and helpful at all times.

Responsibilities

• Checking in guests on arrival and complete the correct registration procedure including providing tours and explaining the welcome pack.
• Supporting both the Reception team and other areas to ensure that all guests are supported during their stay or visit.
• Demonstrating great customer service and ensuring you are polite, friendly and helpful at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• You will have a high attention to detail, be available to work evenings and weekends and thrive working within a customer focused environment.
• Taking part in regular fire drills to familiarise self with the systems and procedures, to ensure that team are refreshed every 6 months and Night team every 3 months.
• App technology for shifts.
