Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a highly organised Helpdesk Operator (Portals) to manage client portals, process documentation, communicate with clients and internal departments, and ensure jobs are completed and closed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update client portals with relevant job information and documentation
• Upload certificates and ensure completed jobs are properly closed in internal systems
• Communicate with clients via email/phone to provide updates and respond to queries
• Provide timely updates on escalated issues to relevant teams
• Deliver a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients
• Read and interpret engineers' notes to accurately update systems
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
