Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a highly organized Helpdesk Operator (Portals) to support daily operations and customer service activities.

The role focuses on managing client portals, processing documentation, communicating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring jobs are completed and closed accurately.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with training, career development, overtime opportunities, benefits including online GP services, discounts, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail oriented with ability to manage portals and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for client and internal teams.
• Proficient in navigating internal systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update client portals with relevant job information and documentation
• Upload certificates and ensure completed jobs are properly closed in internal systems
• Communicate with clients via email/phone to provide updates and respond to queries
• Provide timely updates on escalated issues to relevant teams
• Deliver a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients
• Read and interpret engineers' notes to accurately update systems
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
