P&O Ferries is recruiting at the Port of Cairnryan to support the management team in delivering a cost effective, customer focused check in and disembarkation service for tourist and freight customers traveling through the port. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, work well in a team or independently, and be proficient with IT systems such as Outlook and Teams.

Experience in a customer facing and safety critical environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Familiarity with IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook/Teams.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience operating within a safety-critical environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Check in and process customers passing through the port.
• Release and out gate traffic.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure personal and others' safety within the port.
• Report any breaches or suspected breaches of security.
• Promote the company values through behaviour.
