Job summary

You will handle check-in, gate control, and safety compliance, working across the Customer Operations Department, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and frontline service. Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles and basic IT skills are desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To check in and process customers coming through the port.
• Release and out gate traffic.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to our customers.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others in the port.
• Report any breaches or suspected breaches of security.
