Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a proactive Supervisor Plus to drive daily operations across accommodation, pool, and activity areas. You will coach lifeguards, manage shifts, and ensure high guest experience while delivering audits and compliance across departments.

The role covers on-site leadership, coordinating with resort teams to meet targets, manage guest demand, and uphold brand standards. Flexibility across venues and days is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and support team in delivering key objectives.
• Strong attention to detail to support audits/observations.
• Experience in guest-facing roles and dealing with queries and complaints.
• Experience in driving sales/promotions or initiatives to meet objectives.
• Experience leading multi-skilled teams and managing performance.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational hands on person, ensuring team are working effectively on all key tasks and objectives.
• Coaching and developing the team to meet department plans.
• Driving add on sales and promotions where appropriate.
• Ensuring guest feedback is captured and acted on.
• Lead health & safety checks and audits across departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management where required.
• Audits completed in accommodation & other departments; health, safety & compliance audits.
