Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual Ltd is recruiting a Polish Speaking Customer Service Team Leader on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in Nottingham City Centre. You will manage the Customer Service team to maximise customer satisfaction and drive sales order book conversion while achieving departmental KPIs.

Fluent Polish and English, strong Excel skills, and hands-on leadership are essential. The role offers full training, remote-working flexibility, and clear career progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a Customer Service team.
• Experience managing KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Customer Service team to achieve KPIs.
• Implement and drive improvements to service procedures and policies.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting for strategic reviews and improvements.
