Job summary

• Experience in a healthcare setting with governance and incident/risk management.
• Ability to develop, review and govern Policies, SOPs and LocSSIps with evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead on development, review, implementation and governance of Divisional Policies, SOPs and LocSSIps.
• Provide guidance on policy development and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain version control for governance documents.
• Prepare reports for divisional governance meetings and support Duty of Candour compliance.
